Afrihost is really disappointing me

I have been using Afrihost for about 3 years now without any issues. However, as of late their service has been really bad. Every 2 weeks if not every week I have to contact them complaining about no wifi connection. This week was no different. In fact I am now going for 3 days without connection. Everytime I reach out for help on WhatsApp I'm always being told how there's an Openserve outage. I'm always being told that the Openserve technicians are working to fix the problem but nothing is actually being done. It's really sad that I pay so much money for this service but I keep getting disappointed. If any one has better service provider recommendations, especially in the Hartbee****rt area please feel free to recommend.
