Afrihost is pure Internet frustration

I have been a loyal client of Afrihost for many years. I am now without internet for a week and been in contact with them every day. All the consultants were friendly and apologetic and blamed the problem on Vumatel, but nothing was resolved. On media platforms I see many clients have the same experience. Afrihost gladly takes your subscription fees, but does not provide support or look after the client's best interest. Beware of Afrihost and Vumatel!
