Afrihost is PATHETIC!!!!
I signed up for fibre on 26 Jan, expecting it to be ready in 1 March as I was moving into a new development. On 20 March still no fibre!!!! I reapp**** online on the 20th
Afrihost took forever to dispatch my router - it took 7 days for me to receive it! Kelsey was helpful, but then her manager Warren insisted on him taking over and promised to call me in 30min today! I had to collect chronic meds and waited and waited and the idiot didn’t call! Eventually he called 4 hours later! He was not able to resolve the issue and could not set me up! He again promised to call back, and nothing!
Afrihost has proven to be *********** and pathetic iin addressing customer needs!

PS: your manager Should have more faith in you, as you were more than competent and was able to resolve the issue, unlike him, who insisted on taking over from you! Thanks Kelsey M
