Afrihost is pathetic

A few days back i recieved my sim only mtn si from afrihost the next day i put it into my Wi-Fi router but the sim was not compatible with the router. I didn't know this and its easy to make these mistakes - when i phoned afrihost it was absolutely long to try and get through and they told me well i have to pay irrespective that i am unable to use the 60gb data on the sim. I enquired with a different service provider later that day and they said to me that I can't pay for something i haven't used besides theres a 7 day grace period and the moment the sim goes into the router it automatically activates if its compatible. But when i called afrihost they activated the sim from their side as it could not have been activated by my router cause it was not compatible. The lady told me "well u have to pay or else u can't sign up with afrihost again" i have not used a single mb on the sim and thats ridiculous. I don't care about anything else but i will not pay for something i am unable to use and the moment i was told my router was not compatible i deactivated my account with afrihost. From what i know is that if they had activated my account from their side it is actually *****.
