Afrihost is pathetic

Know I am wasting my time cause they don't even respond on here but I would like the public to know how terrible their service is. We have been without internet for days now and they refuse to tell me what the problem is or when it will be fixes. People work from home and they are aware of this, if there is a major problem just tell us as we have employers that we answer to and what do we tell them. But instead they went about making me chase my own tail. If the problem will take weeks to fix, just tell us so we can make alternate arrangements and we can inform our employers. You guys have seriously upset me with this approach cause all you'll are doing is pulling the wool over out eyes.
