Afrihost is pathetic

Afrihost is absolutely pathetic.

They have upgrade my fibre line to 10mbps but it's still super a low when I enquire about it they tell me the line is fine on their end. When I do the speed test it shows that the line is 2mbps. I've sent these screenshots of the speed tests to the Afrihost agents for them to tell me to restart to router. And nothing changes the line.

I received an invoice from Vumatel telling me I owe them R1700 for installation fee. But when I signed up with Afrihost they said it was free installation. After back and forth with one of the agent to clarify this, I was rudely told to just send the invoice to the accounts team and they will sort it out.

I would not recommend anyone to sign up with them because of their lack of customer service.
