Afrihost is pathetic

Afrihost gives the most pathetic client service ever, mu wifi isn't working for 2 weeks now. Not only that but that I'm waiting for 2 weeks to get it fix or just even receive a single call from them. I've sended millions of emails but they just don't help me. Now it's the end of the month and I'm losing the data that I've had left. I would not recommend Afrihost to ANYONE!!! The service is pathetic and they just don't care about they're clients.
