Afrihost is pathetic

How is that other services from fibre is so good and quick and up and running,but when it comes to afrihost its very very pour,ive been struggling more than 3 weeks just to get my fibre activated,but the service from afrihost is ridiculous ly pathetic,all the consultants tell you do this or do that they cant even help you over the phone.
