Afrihost is not worth your time or money as it seems you are worth nothing to them.

Same troubleshooting routine for every ticket raised even if it is the same fault over and over again.

in 2 years the first 3 months my connection speed was brilliant, upgraded to a 4mb uncapped premium account and everything went to hell even the level of service they give you.

Support Technicians do not seem to care for their job or the client's frustration over the same problem that is never getting solved.

Everytime I'm promised that it will all be sorted out, then I go away for work, come back and the speeds are still unbearable, no matter what time of day 24/7.

I need a response and solution to this 2-year problem or I will be moving to a different ISP.
