Afrihost is not what they advertise

I have asked for a detailed report regarding my usage and been told they can't furnish me with such details. I then asked for a manager and Bongani called me to give me the same details. This company sells you a product and they make their money on the top ups that is 3 x more expensive. What a waist of time. I want to cancel and be refunded within immediate effect
