Afrihost is not to be trusted

We have been experiencing problems with our internet connection for months now. We log tickets, go through the whole process of rebooting and the whole smack shoot, but nothing is better or the way it should be - or let me rephrase.....we are not getting what we pay for. Afrihost blames open serve. Open serve has come out to our premises and tested everything in turn we had to go buy a new rooter....and still noting is better. Afrihost still has not come out to sort us out. We get told by sms that a technician was at our premises, which is a lie, as nobody ever pitches up. They just keep logging tickets. We are paying for a 200meg line....what we get is 147.89Mbps - Download speed, and 8.94Mbps and latency is at 180ms???? I really wish to just get what we pay for. And strange enough as I write this review, the wifi is off AGAIN, but we pay every month for this type of service. This is not fair anymore.
