Afrihost is no longer able to provide internet

I used to be a huge fan of Afrihost and now beyond disappointed.

I’ve been left without fibre or mobile data with little to no communication unless I contact Afrihost directly to get a status update.

As an ISP one would assume you have the relationships with the mobile or fibre infrastructure providers to be able to have informed discussions and sort out issues on behalf of you customers, but you seem to be at the mercy of the mobile or fibre infrastructure providers and can’t help at all.

Seems the only way forward is to cut out the middle man and deal directly with the mobile or fibre infrastructure providers
