Afrihost is no better than Telkom! USELESS!!

I placed an order for fibre on the 14th Jan 2019. I was told that it could take upo to 5 days to migrate the openserve line from telkom to afrihost.

I called again a week later (21st Jan 2019) as I have not heard anything regarding the line and am now told that afrihost has yet to place the order with openserve. Afrihost is now unable to give any indication as to when the line will be operational.

Afrihost is no better than Telkom! USELESS!!
