Afrihost is ****ming clients

Last year in December I placed and order for the a connection to my home, these guys invoiced (R1,497.00) me for installation, they installed a fibre box and never bothered make an effort to activate my line. I have since chased up everyday and they would send me around to their suppliers which should never be the case. Today ,the 15th of Jan 2026, still without connection I decided to cancel and they proceeded to charge me a fee of R999.00 as cancelation fee. They didn't meet their end of the deal, I've never been connected, the order is still in pending status, the contract has not commenced yet they are charging me.
