Afrihost is keeping my domains hostage

I had the worst experience with Afrihost the last week.

I have lodged 5 tickets, called the center 20 times, and emailed multiple times.

All I want to do is move my domains to another host but they are seems like it, keeping it hostage.

Co.za told me that Afrihost has not yet approved it.

What must I do?

And when I finally got hold of their call center, I was dealt in such a rude manner, that the agent said, whatever, I am not going to talk to you further.
