Afrihost is ***

I app**** for a new fibre connection at my new address. i checked on the afrihost website as well as the Vumatel website and both indicated that the new address had vumatel coverage. so i app**** for the 1GBS package, the same as at my previous address. this is where the Bull**** started from afrihost side...i was told that vumatel does not have coverage at my new address and that i had to go with SADV who can only do a Max 200MBS connection at R90 less than the vumatel 1GBS connection. The when i kicked up a fuss afrihost came back and told me that my previous connection was actually SADV which begs the question why then can i not get 1GBS at the new address if the infrastructure provider is SADV in both cases. then, being forced to get the SADV 200MBS connection, an independent company installed my line and then told me there is a problem with the fibre connection to the property. I promptley mailed SADV support to get it sorted out and they came back and told me that all their infrastructure was transferred to Vumatel so i should mail Vumatel. The bottom line is that Afrihost has bull****ted me from day to day and i still dont have connection....way to go afrihost!!
