Afrihost is just waste of money and pure lye

really disappointed by Afrihost its just a bunch of lies. I bought fixed wireless. what afrihost call <plug and play >> you can move with it around but then I realised it's not true every time I move the device around I have to phone them to unlock the device and connect it to the new location. When I asked about their availability, Afrihost team said don't worry you can reach us 7 days a week, our whatsAapp team is available until 8 pm so we can connect your device in no time but I realised its another lye because Friday 4 pm WhatsApp is off line, booked a call back with success but they never called back, and of course call centre the same ... Saturday same story still no one to contact since the morning ..all lines are off … in the mean time i'm just buying more internet meanwhile my router plug and play have internet but because of the bad service of afrihost "the pure internet joy" I can’t use it ..
