Afrihost is increasing my account by 19%, stating it is because of the pending VAT increase

Afrihost is increasing my account by 19%, stating it is because of the pending VAT increase. This was said by 2 people on their helpline. I do have a copy of the conversations.They are now using this VAT to make a bigger profit.
