Afrihost is ***********

My girlfriend and I have recently moved our fibre line successfully, to our new house, however because my wife and kids are moving to our old house we decided to open a new line at the old address.

After days of trying to connect to the internet at the old house we were told that we needed to contact the old ISP to release the line so that Afrihost could connect the new line.

Since Afrihost is the ISP on both Lines we struggle to see why it will take a whole month to release the line to itself.

My children need the internet to complete their schooling projects, so it is quite urgent that Afrubost release the line to themselves. How ridiculous does that sound? Afrihost has to release the line to itself, but it will take a month? And there is apparently nothing they can do about it. Please can someone with some authority contact me so that we can resolves this immediately.
