AFRIHOST IS HOSTILE

I have been a client for a very long time. I have tried to order an add on of a VOIP phone and a R50 p month service. To say the experience has been ********** would be an understatement!. 6 hours of calling, watsap chats and back on the phone again. Still nowhere, cannot even now log into client zone and the "person" I was speaking to simply cut me off. Afrihost should wake up and become user friendly again as they were in the early days. I give up, heaven help me if the broadband line fails because I will not get any help at all.
