Afrihost is, honestly a nightmare

I tried getting connected to Afrihost for over three weeks, as I was moving from a previous service provider. After daily communications - their website and Whatsapp comms are, to say the least, terrible as you deal with standard answers from people - and on phone communications I gave up. They had already deducted over R 400 from my Credit Card, tried to get a refund but gave up. Please if you value your time, don't try Afrihost.
