Afrihost is *********

Do not use Afrihost they try and ***** your money with out even having a connection with them. I signed up with them 8 months ago and they indicated they couldn’t provide me with a connection with the line. A month ago they wanted to debt my account of R999 at this stage I already found another isp when they indicated the line was activated i immediately cancelled it as I didn’t have their router or needed their service. When I spoke to their accounts department they indicated they can cancel the line but the system will deduct R999 which I indicated is ***** as I haven’t used their services. Today no one has phoned me back from their company instead they have charged me another R999 on a cancelled line. I will be opening a ***** case against them and report them to ICASA
