Afrihost is Bull****

I am so sick of Afrihost. I have not had internet for the past 5 days and every time I call I get different responses and I am told they will escalate the matter but to no avail. I have even spoken to the manager Warren and he has seen it fit to not respond to my emails with any haste. I am so sick of this bull****. They do not have any customer care at all.
