Afrihost is Ancient and Shouldn't Be Your First Choice

I signed in on my Afrihost ClientZoen profile and then suddenly out of nowhere I am not able to sign in as my credentials are wrong. Already ticked off but understanding the possibility of something like this happening (do I really?) I contacted their support team at roughly 13:30 to say that I cannot perform the 'Forgotten Password' function as my details have changed. I followed the process given and 4 hours later I queried the status of my ticket, just to find out that it takes Afrihost 48 HOURS just to change someones contact details after they have received the documents??????

How ancient is this company?? This is 2020 people...

Cannot wait to log in to my account and transfer all 6 of my domains to another company...you guys are really becoming a second Telkom...the standards where dropped tremendously the last two years...
