Afrihost is abysmal and completely useless.

Absolutely shocking customer service - waited on the phone for 45 minutes to be told that they have changed their systems or some nonsense and they can't help me. SO WHY EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICES NUMBER? Now sitting without any connectivity yet I have over 1gb which i just bought but cannot use because it keeps sending me to a landing page saying i have no data. ***?! I'm cancelling as soon as this 1gb is up - stuff you Afrihost and you abysmal service leaves much to be desired you used to be a reliable company but just like the rest of SA going down the drain.
