Afrihost is a waste of time

Afrihost really do not know what they are doing. They have cancelled my service on the 1st Feb. However, they do not want to release my adsl Line and advised that "on surf" has to cancel the management of the adsl line. When calling telkom they advise me that afrihost has still not released the line and they need to escalate to telkom wholesale. Someone from afrihost tells me they need to escalate to "On surf" in order to cancel my line which takes up to 7 to 10 working days. But I was told on the 1st of Feb that my line would be available in 24hours. And as for the team leader that has spoke to me is telling me to get data from another provide while the line management is under afrihost which is not possible by telkom. There is no reason for them to hold management of my line IF they have cancelled my services on the 1st of Feb. They have wasted about 2 hours of my times. Asking to call telkom and tell them they need to cancel my line where as it needs to be done afrihost. I will not recommend afrihost to anyone. I would love to give them a 0 star rating.
