AFRIHOST IS A TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER

If there was a zero star I would choose that. A router was couriered to us, no installation was done. We don’t have ANY internet connection, we haven’t had internet connection for a month since the router was dropped off BUT THEY DEBITED OUR ACCOUNT and they do not answer phones. We were told, 2 weeks ago, that our situation “has been escalated to a manager“ BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE BECAUSE ACCORDING TO AFRIHOST “it is the holiday season”.
