AFRIHOST IS A ****!!!!

I signed up with Afrihost lat week and ordered 2 packages but cancelled 1 package, day after I cancelled they debited my account! Contacted them to stop debuting my account for a cancelled order and to cancel debit order mandate! They did not but instead insist I pay for the cancelled order in order for them to cancel the package and debit order! Mind you the other package has not even been processed! What sort of a big **** is this! I regret even signing up with these ********! I will cancel even the other package! WOW!!
