Afrihost is a ****

Since moving my dsl line from Telkom to Afrihost, all I've had is countless issues. It's been 2 weeks now and they have not been able to resolve the issue I have with my dsl line. From constant dsl dropouts to incorrect linespeed, I'm actually at my wit's end with regards to the lack of support and resolution by Afrihost. All I get is a standard response saying that they have escalated my query and they'll get back to me. <br> <br> All this for a service that I have paid for. I really expected more from Afrihost, but at this point in time you can mark me down as a very disappointed client. I am considering taking my business elsewhere.
