AFRIHOST IS A ****

Afrihost is such a ****. DO NOT BOTHER MIGRATING OR EVEN SIGNING UP they have these specials they sound like they will benefit the customer but in actual they are trying to get rid of old stock. I signed up with them mid September and opted for the router to be delivered when signing up and ordering the current special they have 8mps/2mps it clearly says on the website and clientzone deliver will take a place after 3 days and i waited exactly 3 working days and when i called into their call centre they told me another story i work from home 3 out of 5 days in the week waiting on them to deliver after lying about the 3 days deliver period was too long so i drove to the head offices and collected. First night I collect the router it doesnt work properly after going to the damn head office and configuring it there something was missing i sat on the phone and whatsapp'd them till eventually the manager linked whatever that had to be linked. Why then was i told the router was configured and all i needed to do was to plug it in and use it? Incompetence!!!

First week after the mishaps everything is fine second week the internet connection has been **** from then. I have called and whatsapp'd numerous times and in all those times i have another consultant that is just as *********** and clueless telling me all sorts of stories that dont add up and again today i whatsapp'd spoke to a Germaine H on whatsapp rebooted the router, it worked literally for 20min and its back to the same ****pyness. The wifi seems to ony work when you are next to the router if you are a door or two away it complety useless. I am lucky if my internet speed is 1.5mps/0.8mps on a good day. I feel completely dupped and i need internet I work from home and go to school. I constantly have to be on the net but my afrihost is truly dropping the ball. I should have stayed at VOX,
