Afrihost is a ripoff

Very Bad service. In March i have app**** for internet Fibre, i have phoned several times to find out why when are they coming to do the installation. Now in End September i received an email from Afrihost stating that my area has no Fibre. Now than they send me a cancelation fee invoice for R999.00 for a service that not even started, i enquired why that charge they told me that is for the router and i must arrange for collection at my own cost. today i got billed for the R999.00. still waiting for router to be collected...
