AFRIHOST IS A *******!!!!!!!

A bunch of *******, they debit your account (for 2 months, which you didn't even verify) without even you using the service. When I called in, they told me they debit anyway and the reason I cannot use the wi-fi was that a device was missing and could only be delivered once I have verified my account. I verified my account now in Jan, the device was delivered. I told them i will reverse the Nov and Dec debit as I will not be paying for something I never used.

My accout has been suspended because of those reversals and they are now saying I said I did not need the router (device) so I must pay for Nov and Dec (which I didn't even use)...I want to cancel and sommer reverse Jan. But I must give them a thousand rands to do so? *******!!!!!!!!!

And your stories are not consistent!!!
