AFRIHOST IS A NO NO NO NO DONT USE THEM

Afrihost has been the worst internet service provider I have ever experienced. There staff have no idea whats going on. They have no idea how to resolve issues. Actually sat with a guy who said the problem is on my side, via their whats-app service. He then went through a full set up process with me, only to realize my router is dropping my line speed. After telling me its my devices I connected to WiFi. He then also said he would log the call to collect my router. Today I received a message, saying sorry please log the call yourself and sorry for the inconvenience. Activation of service was difficult, speed difficult, had over 8 support calls. When I tried to submit the return it also gave an error. An error the consultant on the line had no idea, what was the meaning of and had to refer to accounts department for clarity, a was at that stage already a 21 minute long call. I advise everyone who wants to consider Afrihost as their internet provider not to do so. Every single aspect of the entire experience has been a nightmare. They have no concern for you as a customer, and will try and make it as difficult as possible for you when you complain. SAY NO NO NO NO TO afrihost.
