Afrihost is a ****mer and no one should ever consider their products 😤

Last month I had issues with my Telkom fibre line and started looking for options online .I came across Afrihost and noticed that for you to get more information on their lines,you register your banking details. I did knowing that I'm just browsing .I started getting messages about and installer named Tebogo,who is coming to install. I texted Tebogo on whatsapp telling him that I have a line with Telkom already,so how would that work? He called telling me that he is in the area,and when he got here I told him that I'm with Telkom already. That's when he told me that he is here to fix my line with Telkom. He then open a new line and said Telkom instructed him to do so and if I had any problems,then I had to call him back.After he left I got an SMS from Afrihost telling me that my new line is active.I then went on the Afrihost website and I was told to speak to a consultant via Whatsapp. I did and it was Palesa,I told her to check if I have two or one line showing on my account. Firstly she **** and said one and I checked to see if I still have an account with Telkom and it was there.So I told her I can't have 2 fibre lines it's doesn't make sense. She then told me to go on Clientzone to cancel and I did. Then I was told about the 1month Retainer,I asked her about it and she told me yes it's for new clients to see if they can keep using Afrihost. I asked to alot of times to confirm that it's a free Retainer month and she confirmed it.I then asked her about any hidden cancelation costs and she said there were none.To my suprise Afrihost has been trying to debit my account and threatening to Suspend my account????? How 🤔 ❓️ I spoke to them again today and they are telling me to Pay this month's installment and a pro rata fee on R75 .I was not stupid to ask these questions, so basically I was ****med and mislead??I will not pay them anything these ****** ****mers😡They even threatening to lock my account.How many people have they ****med? Will they ever stop?
