AFRIHOST IS A JOKE "CLOWNFEST

Good Day,

I would like to share the bad experience i have been having with Afrihost. I logged onto Afrihost site and added my address and I qualified for Fibre in my area, received the router in no time and then i started asking questions and i dont have Fibre in my area. I have asked numerous times what needs to happen for the CPE box to be installed as the Termination point has been installed. I dont know what to do as im in the middle and i have something i cant use. Please may i get feedback regarding this, should the router be collected and my order be cancelled so i can sign up with someone else that will drive the process and get things done so when in the next few weeks when the Fibre is active then i just get switched on and im good to go. Im tired of waiting and following up but no one is getting back to me.
