Afrihost is a Joke!

I basically work for Afrihost now except I don't get paid for all the hours I'm putting in. If I'm not on the phone with them, I'm chatting to them on WhatsApp or via email and still, my query hasn't been resolved. I'm paying for 100mbps line but I'm getting a speed line of 15.99mbps. I've had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with a guy called Gavin.G, he's *********** and unhelpful. I've been moved from pillar to post and no one is giving me any solutions except that I must reboot my router. I've done that a million times and the results are the same. Now they are sending me emails telling me that the query has been resolved on their side?! I need it resolved ON MY SIDE.

If you're thinking of getting your internet connection through Afrihost please don't. Customer service is the least of their worries.
