Afrihost is a joke

Absolutely terrible experience with Afrihost. I am being charged for internet, but no one has come out to install a router. I am trying to cancel with them but i must pay R1000 or some ridiculous amount to do so. No one at Afrihost can assist me. Never ever sign up with them.
