Afrihost is a joke!!!!

Forever having internet down. Customer support will not help, they require you to plug in and do all the tests. They will NEVER send a technician & expect you to take hours of your day to run tests for them. It's a joke. They constantly blame their service provider TT connect & have admitted that TT connect is useless & doesnt even arrive for business meetings(surely you dont tell your customer that). Even the whatsapp support admits they cant do anything, the client must run the tests. I have screenshots of the conversation. Just a heads up to all, maybe choose a smaller service provider, they might actually take your business seriously and try to help you.
