Afrihost is a crock of .....

I have had the advance LTE for more than a year now. The internet provider is Rain. In the beginning the speeds were amazing. I especially opted for a capped deal as I did not want to get throttled. I am paying for my data so I need the full speed. But lately it is not that the internet is slow. There is literally no connectivity. Log a complaint and the tell you the tower is over burdened. How is this my problem? I am paying you for a service. Now does this not constitute to breach of contract from the suppliers side? So sick of this. And the sad part is the company gets away with this *******. I just hope enough people see these negative reviews that no one will every make use of their service again.
