Afrihost is a bunch of *******

Purchased Two Gold Packages from Afrihost on a month-to-month payment basis. The total cost per packed was R49 a month, totaling R98 a month for the total subscription. After a few months of payment i started receiving an additional admin charge making my total monthly payment R128. Then a Month later another admin charge taking it up to R148. Last month on the 9th of April 2019 i paid my account in full for R148 reflecting a zero balance. Now reflecting on May's Account as at the 9th of the month is a balance of R296 ????....How is that possible. They don't answer their emails and provide non sense explanations on their whatsapp beta. Tired of companies *****ing money from the public. I don't mind paying , but provide me with a proper reason, which no one can give me, as to how a gold account package on a month-to-month started at R98 pm and ended up At R296 for the month.
