Afrihost is a bunch of liers

My internet has been down for the past 2 weeks. The service provider agents all tell me they are escalating my query and I must follow up the following day. When I do call the following day the new agent tells me there is no escalation and they will log it. They are all saying the same thing. I am paying for this service and have never missed a payment. It’s unacceptable that I am being treated like this.
