Afrihost is a ****

I placed an order with Afrihost a week ago, and my account was debited the next day there were no further updates, I contacted their sales department on Monday, and was advised that my parcel was loaded on the Vehicle the same day. On Wednesday I followed up with Afrihost and the consultant was very rude and did not respond to my questions. I was referred to Dawn wing to track my parcel and when I checked there was nothing about that parcel on that site, then I was sent a link to track my parcel which showed that my parcel was loaded on a vehicle on Monday the 11th. I then asked for a screenshot then she sent me something from the Afrihost website which only indicates that my parcel was packed on the 12th. When I questioned the inconsistencies, she terminated the conversation and then claimed that Afrihost would call me. It is now Friday and I have not been contacted. I sent numerous emails to Afrihost, and they are not responding now. I
