afrihost *****ing money refusing to credit for the service i paid for in advance

hi my name is Emerhaan i have 4 accounts with afrihost my line is off for 8 days already VUMA and afrihost is *****ing our money as if we dont have service due to what ever reason not to your fault they will bill you as they are refusing to activate my line but i paid them R2000 rand the 1St of this month they say i must just wait till they fix it says Sisanda and Sabelo imlogging tickets since last week my wifi still off they just here for out money i am cancelling all my line as i cant be ****** like this every month waiting on a credit since november my line was also off 15 days they say it was not off but i have ticket ref that says they gonna credit but now their business rules are **** heir their clients just ***** their money wont credit for services already paid for
