AFRIHOST *****ING CLIENT'S MONEY!!!

AFRIHOST *****ING YOUR MONEY!! Got a notification today that I owe the monthly fee plus an admin charge even though payment was made on 31 March and my pay date is only on 1 Apr. Contacted them only to find out that their monthly fee has increased with NO PRIOR notification. I have since then paid the extra amount with regards to the monthly fee which was R17-00 extra but they still refuse to remove the admin fee and have suspended my service. They are utterly *********** and their service is atrocious!!!
