Afrihost *********** support

I Struggled more than a week to get them to sort out the slow internet speed on my DSL line, after numerous calls and speaking to different operators. They claimed the fault was with Telkom even after I sent them proof that the Telkom line speed was working fine on another account. Really disappointed in Afrihost. Needless to say I have moved over to another ISP which worked 100% on the same line they claimed needed to be sorted by Telkom. The lack of support is the worst that I have seen in a long time . @Afrihost what happened to you?
