Afrihost *********** ISP

I recently app**** for a LTE wireless package with Afrihost. Let me say biggest mistake ever. My package is the 20GB data monthly for R219 with a free wireless device which in turn you cant cancel with in 6 months of signing up with or they will charge you a fee of R999. Its only me and my wife that uses the data and we only use it for emails and whats app and some social media platforms. Now i have proof that of how we use our data daily. But on one particular day on the 03/10/2018 a total of 7GB was used and according to Afrihost idiot and *********** staff members they told me i was downloading. I have sent numerous email and proof of how i utilize my data but still no response and i was promised a call back. They need to give my data back.
