Afrihost - incompetend

Afrihost is the worst internet provider. I requested my line to be moved on the 8the of December, and on the 18th when I phoned them, they did not have an order, after I received written confirmation. After several phonecalls and emails, my line was installed.

On the morning of the first we realised that we do not have internet. I was on a whatsapp chat with a person for two hours and he could not give me any answers, as to why my line was down! They have incompetend people manning their whatsapp line. I will be moving to another provider
