Afrihost Incompetency Shocks

I have been a customer of Afrihost for a few years now. Initially the service was good but it has now gone down the drain. I have had billing issues more than once after I have updated my payment details on their system. They are at fault but charge a fee for their mistake!

When asked to assist to change name servers for my domains they are unable and unwilling to help! With other registrars you can manage this yourself, no support needed. With Afrihost you cannot update DNS records even though they give the option. The support team is *********** and unwilling to listen.

I will definitely not recommend Afrihost as as a hosting provider or a domain registrar!
