AFRIHOST INCOMPETENCE UNACCEPTABLE

After researching on Afrihosts website for home fibre connections, apparently there was fibre availabilty in my area according to their website. I happily joined and the disaster started.

Firstly an inspector tells me apologies, there is no fibre in my area but we will still send you the router (I mean why the hell?). I immediately cancelled all prospective contracts and yet the router still gets delivered.

After cancelling with Afrihost accounts department and calling the courier myself to cancel the order, I was still billed R1 000 for a router to connect to an invisible internet connection,

I am still awaiting a credit 2 weeks later for no service rendered and now they credit my money into an Afrihost account! When they said everything is cancelled.

Now it becomes an impossible task to get the money out of Afrihosts account into my bank account that they debited it from.

This is absolute **************** and after all the **** promises, no service delivery and now accounts incompetence.

I will NEVER advise Afrihost as a service provider to anyone and hopefully, I will get my money back one day.
