Afrihost incompetence

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, I walked away from them a few years ago for similar bad customer service and I am doing it now again for the final time. They completely botched up my fibre installation and as a interim solution offered MTN Fixed LTE. I app**** for the LTE at the installation address that confirmed coverage etc. Sim delivered and it actually works well, issue is literally every second or third day they suspend the service stating teh router is not at the correct address. It is reconnected after a big story of escalating through Afrihost. Now they service is completely off and Afrihost refuse to refund for non delivery.
